Conferences are next week!

Parent-Teacher Conferences are from 4:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 9 and Thursday, November 11. Click >>HERE<< to sign up for a 15 minute individual conference time with your child's teacher. We are planning for the conferences to be in-person. However, if families need to request a Zoom option, please communicate that with the teacher.

Please note the following for conferences:

  • We're planning to provide child care in the gym during conferences so that families can give each child their undivided attention when meeting with the teacher.
  • Don't forget to visit our Book Fair in the media center (see more info below).
  • Check Lost & Found for missing articles of clothing, masks, water bottles, etc.
  • Pick up a Conference Night Bingo Card in the commons area---children that participate will have a chance to win some fabulous prizes!
  • If you haven't already, sign up in the commons area to order a Wolverine PRIDE t-shirt (see more info below).

Book Fair

The elementary Book Fair will run November 8-11. The fair will be open during conferences on Tuesday and Thursday for family shopping.

Eagle Bluff Fundraising

Attention 5th Grade Families: A packet with fundraising information for the Eagle Bluff trip will be sent home with all 5th grade students on Monday. Families have the choice in whether or not they want to participate in any of the opportunities offered. If you have any questions after reviewing the packet, please email Mrs. Feterl at amanda.feterl@sibleyeast.org.

REPEAT ANNOUNCEMENTS

Afternoon Pick-Up Procedures

We have two major goals with afternoon pick-up: 1) Student safety and 2) Efficiency

Please help us with the latter by remaining in your vehicle if you are in the pick up line. If, for any reason, you need to get out of your vehicle, we ask that you park in the parking lot.

If you could share this information with grandparents or other relatives that will be picking your student up on occasion, we would sure appreciate it.
