Ross Round Up
Engage. Empower. Educate. Every Day.
February 3, 2023
Hi families!
March 14 is an important election in our school district and for our students. Voters are asked to consider a bond to the fund the first phase of our 10-year building plan.
I sat down with Brian Graves of the Kuna School District office to talk about what the March 14 Bond means for Ross Elementary School and for our children's future in our schools. The bond includes a new elementary and elementary rezone to help with growth in our elementaries and reduce overcrowding. Brian talks about that and more in our short conversation: https://youtu.be/xv-fJ6n1Ppo
Getting Involved
The No. 1 way to get involved is to vote by:
- Requesting a mail-in ballot today
- Voting early from Feb. to March 3 at Kuna City Hall or other locations
- Voting on election day March 14
A group of parents and community members -- including Ross Elementary School's Ashley McBride -- are working to get information out. Please reach out to them if you want to help get information out in the few short weeks before the March 14 election. More information is on the our website.
I'm happy to answer your questions, too.
Love,
Principal Tripp
