Graduation Cap and Gown Measurements
On Thursday, November 29th, students were measured for their cap and gown orders for graduation. If your senior son/daughter did not order on Thursday, PLEASE have them stop in the high school office this week.
Project Christmas TRee
Two weeks ago members of our Ecology class (led by Mrs. Ourada) started a forestry project called Project Christmas TRee to teach students about sustainability, forestry, population densities, etc... On Wednesday, November 21st, while students and staff were off of school, Mr. Pagel, Mr. Henseler, Mr. Schmid, and Mr. Henrickson came with chainsaws and cut 43 trees from our 5 acre school forest located to the south of the school. Mrs. Ourada and 13 students hauled trees and set up a fenced area in front of the school for sales. It was a huge success with proceeds returning to fund future science projects. There are 6 trees and some bundles of greens remaining. If you are interested in supporting our cause, please swing by and take a look.
