Important Dates to Remember

  • June 20th: Grade 5 Moving Up Ceremony @ 11am (Please arrive at 10:30 at the earliest)
  • June 20th: Last Day of School 1pm Dismissal: Please do not arrive until 12:30 for the pick-up line as we have an event that will use the visitor parking lot

Next Year

As we enter the final week of school, please note that there are changes to next year’s

2022-23 arrival and dismissal times. We ask that all families be patient and understanding with the new guidelines we will be operating under.

● Student drop-off will start no sooner than 9:00 AM

Students will be marked tardy if they are dropped off later than 9:15. We will make exceptions for late buses.

● Parent pick-up will start no sooner than 3:30 PM

Arrival Drop-Off and Dismissal Pick-up will both operate similarly in terms of the traffic flow

School Dismissal Manager

The district will continue to use "School Dismissal Manager" for all elementary schools. This will give you the ability to enter your child’s dismissal information. If your child is only taking the bus, you do not need to do anything although it is a good idea to start an account for your student(s) in the event that you need to access it.

More information will be coming out in August.

Camp Option

Camp Mattatuck, Naugatuck Public Schools, and Region 15 are excited to announce that we have received a grant from The State of Connecticut that will allow us to cut the cost of STEM Camp at Camp Mattatuck in half. So instead of this fantastic experience costing $600 for the two-week session, it will only cost $300. The programs and transportation will all be the same; the only difference is the dramatic price cut for you.
