WCS Auction survey
For many years, Briar Chapel has generously donated their Clubhouse for our Benefit Auction. However, we are close to outgrowing the space and are exploring other options - if not for this year, for 2019.
We'd love your input to help guide our search for alternate venues. If you could, please take this very quick survey, it will take less than three minutes!
Community Book Discussion
This book was instrumental in the formation of the Woods chapter of Girls Learn International, a student club that supports, educates, and empowers girls at Woods and beyond.

What if it snows?
We want to remind families of the three ways we notify parents of weather delays and cancellations:
1) as the top News & Announcements item on our school website (Please refresh your screen each time you check the website.),
2) through WRAL (on their website and their televised closings ticker), and
3) through our First Alert phone messaging system.
If you have changed your contact phone number in the past year, then please email Kim Rossi (krossi@woodscharter.org) with your updated contact number for the First Alert system.
If you are new to Woods and did not provide a First Alert contact number at the beginning of this year, then please email Kim Rossi (krossi@woodscharter.org) with your updated contact number for the First Alert system.
Welcome back, Mr. Stewart!
As you know I have the opportunity to study abroad at Maastricht University in the Netherlands thanks to a Fulbright award. I include my Fulbright bio in case you're interested, and look forward to talking with you about my research in a few months.
As ever, I welcome your thoughts.
Here's to a great new year,
Adrienne
