  • When doing homework take a break for 30 mins and go get some fress air.
  • Calm down, and listen to what your parent has to say try avoiding raising voice
  • If your friend is upset with you, ask why and try talking it out
  • Study as much as you can but make sure to take brake and relax
  • Do your homework and try not to have any missing work
