Why I have Stressors
Too much homework at once
Sometimes my teachers all assign homework thats due the next day and it makes me so stressed because it consumes so much of my time I dont have time to relax and its even worse if i dont understand something
Fights with my parents
In my opinion getting in a fight with your parent is the worst because you cant avoid the situation because you live with them and usually i get in a fight with them because im stressed and getting in a fight with them doesnt usually help anything
Fight with Friends
Getting in a fight with your best friend or a friend is horrible it creates unessecesary drama and during the fight usually people say things they dont mean upsetting the other person, I recommend avoiding this because you might even lose a friend.
Solutions to Stressors
My solution to my stressors
- When doing homework take a break for 30 mins and go get some fress air.
- Calm down, and listen to what your parent has to say try avoiding raising voice
- If your friend is upset with you, ask why and try talking it out
- Study as much as you can but make sure to take brake and relax
- Do your homework and try not to have any missing work
