Counseling & PBSES Newsletter
Newcastle Elementary
Dear Families,
The days are shorter and colder, and we are now hunkering down, getting cozy, and preparing ourselves for a very different holiday season. Emotions can be high this time of year, and taking care of ourselves and each other is especially important. Here is a virtual calming room for the whole family, with a range of relaxation tools so that each person can find what works best for them.
Take good care,
~Kailey & Alex
