Fast Food
Living in America has its pros and cons. Sadly one of its cons is the food that people eat. Everyone is so amine to just doing what's fastest and easiest these day and fast food is fast and easy. The only thing is that fast food is terrible for you. Fast food is full of fat, grease and processed food. It has little to none of the nutrients that our body truly needs to stay healthy and function.
Amount of Food
There are specific things you should be eating everyday. You should eat dairy, protein, vegetables, fruit, and grains. Depending on how much you weigh or your height affects how much you should consume. The average is about 2400-2600 calories a day that you should be consuming but remember your weight and height can alter that. The littlest things can effect how many calories you are consuming. Eating the salad dressing on the side so you can control how much dressing you put on the salad is a huge way to do this.
Be Happy!
To do this is going to be hard, but it will be worth it in the end. The best way to get through it is to be positive and happy. The way you look at it can affect how much you put in to it and how much you get out of it. After you finish this and see how far you come you will look at life differently and then you will be more positive and happy about life as well.
