Concord Scoop Announcement Submission
Three Thank Yous
Thank you to Calvary Lutheran Youth Ministry for our lunches yesterday! Please take a moment ti sign the pasteboard card that's in the main office near Jill's desk when you clock in on Monday. This was so kind and gracious of them! Thank you to Mr. Boyd and our counselors for arranging the UNCC Quarterback Hasaan Klugh to come speak to some of our kids! He spoke all about the importance of character. Thank you to Ms. Meehan and the 8th grade teachers for guiding our 8th graders in the completion of their IB community service project at Irvin. The students definitely learned how hard teaching is! Ha! But there were so many smiles and fun connections and reviews of learning - it was definitely well worth the time and effort for our students and teachers.
