OT Ideas!
Yoga research has proven to help us move from our amygdala (fight-or-flight response) to our prefrontal cortex (regulating emotions and problem-solving), so that we are able to think more clearly and make good choices.
Here is a sequence of yoga flows that can be done in a classroom, small group setting, or 1:1. Taking the time to refocus is so important for students and just as important for adults working with our students.
Taffy Apple Orders will be sent home October 28th-29th
