Registration for current students of RMS
The online Annual Update process must be completed each year for all current Humble ISD students.
This process does not affect your choice of instructional setting: on campus; online; or online with on campus UIL Athletics and Fine Arts. The Annual Update occurs independently of the choice process. In order for students to be enrolled on the first day of school, the following items must be submitted:

Step #1: Complete the Annual Update by July 31st (REQUIRED)

What documentation will I need to upload? (REQUIRED)
- Immunization records - must be SIGNED or STAMPED by the physician or his/her designee or public health personnel (including MyChart records) - typically for 7th grade, but required during a child's 11th year of age. For questions email our nurse Roxane Laursen at rlaurse@humbleisd.net
- Proof of residency in Humble ISD - Must complete by July 31.
- For students residing in a house, the lease, deed, or a current utility (gas, water, electricity) bill is required.
- For students residing in an apartment, a lease containing parent and student names or a letter from apartment manager is required.
- If both parent and student live with a relative or friend in Humble ISD whose residence is not an apartment, the parent and the person with whom they reside must submit a notarized Verification of Address affidavit form.To request the required form please email our campus registrar Kimberly Kurtz at kkurtz@humbleisd.net.
HELP! Lacking technology or need assistance to complete the Annual Update?
RMS is providing limited access to in-person support at RMS to complete the Annual Update process. Space is limited to the parent/guardian and RMS child to complete the online update. For social distancing reasons, please do not bring additional family members. You and your child must wear a mask while inside the RMS building.
The times available are:
Thursday, July 30: 8:00, 8:30, 4:30, 5:00, 5:30
You must have a time slot and confirmation email to enter the building.
In order to successfully support you in completing the Annual Update you must bring the following items with you:
- Home Access Center (HAC) username & password [You can login in to your child's HAC account]
- Annual Update Snapcode
- Proof of residency (electric, water, gas bill) in electronic form OR username & passwords to your electric, water or gas bills online.
Step #2: MUST DO! Complete Schoology Parent Account (REQUIRED)
Returning parents who have a Schoology account do not have to create a new one.
Schoology is our primary form of mass parent communication. Directions to create a parent Schoology account can be found by clicking here. Access codes for set up will be in HAC by August 11.
Step #3: RevTrak Online Purchases (Conditional) Complete by Aug. 3

Curbside camp is for registration assistance, Address Affidavit and also to pick-up requested technology, online merchandise purchases, EPI School Supplies and Athletic Booster Club items.
