Dr. Jessica Johnson - UW Madison Professor of Piano/Pedagogy
You're Invited!
Professor Jessica Johnson of UW Madison will be visiting PMA this Saturday from 10am-noon, giving a master class and lecture for all of our piano students. Students from the Honors Program will be performing a wide variety of repertoire ranging from Franz Joseph Haydn to American composer Dianne Goolkasian Rahbee!
All pianists and parents are welcome to attend for a suggested donation of $5 per person.
TOPIC: Dr. Johnson will be addressing biomechanics and "healthy technique!" She will discuss how proper movement of the arms, wrist, shoulders, and whole body can help a pianist play with better ease and avoid injury.
A must-see and must-hear topic for all discerning pianists!
