How to protect yourself from the sun
Now that school is almost out, we're all wanting to spend as much time outside in the beautiful weather as possible. At the pool, beach, lake, hiking, bike riding...you name it, we're in the sun.
But being out in the sun, without protection, causes damage. We've all heard our mothers tell us to "Put on sunscreen!". And many of us rolled our eyes, but are now beginning to pay the price for not listening to our mothers. I'm guilty of that for sure. Fortunately, I found some great R+F products and am here to share what I've been using.
Face Wash
As a PC you may have purchased individual items, mini regimens, or full regimens. If you haven't tried our face wash, I encourage you to go to the Doctors Solution Tool on my webpage and see which product line best meets your skin concerns, and then trying the face wash from that line.
One thing about R+F is that you'll ding none of the cleansers are foaming cleansers. Foaming cleansers have a tendency to dry our skin out. Keep the moisture in your skin while keeping it clean!
Thank you!
Your business is helping me in many more ways than you know!
It helps support my family, summer vacation plans, getting my girls enrolled in extra-curricular (and extra $$) activities.
I have heard from many of you, and how much the products have addressed your needs. No, I'm not a skincare specialist, but making and keeping relationships are important to me.
Thank you for your support, and I hope to continue helping you!
Soothe your Sunburn
Sunburn is no fun-no matter what age you are.
I keep soothe products in my house to use on my girls. Cadence, my 6 year old, needed it this winter because her hands get so chapped in the cold while at the bus stop. Clare, my 4 year old, does not have my skin and gets sunburned easily.
Looking to keep a product on hand to keep your issues at bay? Soothe will ease year round issues, and is gentile enough for your children.
