CATCHING THEM IN THE ACT
A CONSERVATORY PREP SCHOOLS E-NEWSLETTER
December 16, 2016
And time for the show.....
I can't stress enough the importance of being on time and present for each rehearsal. When one student is missing, the other students suffer and rehearsing becomes difficult at best. Please make every effort to be at school by 8:20 and to not leave until 3:20 each day next week.
On Thursday, we will provide dinner for students at 5:00PM in the school. Students are welcome to stay for the afternoon. For those who will be leaving right after school, you must return by 5:15PM.
All students are to wear long black pants and a plain (no writing or images) black t-shirt for the performance.
For families and friends who are attending, the doors to the auditorium will open at 5:45PM. The show will start promptly at 6:20PM.
In February, we will be starting a hands-on 2 hour electronics course on Fridays. The instructor, Mr. Isaac Levy, will be bringing in all of the supplies and equipment. The course will be limited to 6 students and will last for 5 sessions (as a start). The class will be held during the school day, but students must commit to attending the entire 2 hours for all 5 sessions. Any student who misses a class or arrives late or leaves early, will not be able to continue with the remainder of the sessions. This is an incredible opportunity for students who want to explore the field of electronics.
Sunday, January 22nd, Conservatory Prep will sponsoring ParentCamp and would love to have our families participate. Please view the following link for more information: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/parentcamp-for-parents-of-teenagers-tickets-29200449330
