BON VOYAGE!
Thank you!
Thank you also to everyone who has been attending the i-Ready planning meetings and figuring out how to share and discuss the data with students and help them set goals for themselves for the year! I appreciate the planning you are putting into the process. Thank you of course also to Jane and Kellie for planning and running the meetings, and to Chris and Alison for starring in the videos!
Duties This Week:
AM: Cafeteria / PM Waverley and Bemis: M. Sullivan
AM: Cafeteria / PM Bemis and Westminster: J. Kirkcaldy
AM: Waverley Entrance / PM Waverley Driveway: M. Ferguson
Bemis St. Crosswalk: J. Duffy
The full Bus/Breakfast duty schedule is finalized and can be found here:
Bus and Breakfast Duty Schedule
Lunch Duty this Week: None! Although we are about to be down to one lunch aide again, so please ask around and let me know if you know anyone who might be interested!
***However, please speak with your students about proper lunchroom behavior, as well as travel to and from lunch. We will be working with them throughout the week and beyond, but the more it is reinforced by all adults they see, the sooner the behaviors will become routine for them. Thank you very much!

Sasaki Foundation Design Mentorship Program Description
Any 8th graders who are interested in interviewing should give their names to Ms. Martin or Mr. Schmidt ASAP. So far I believe we have 3 names, so we have many more spaces - please talk it up!
Interviews will take place early next week (although the flyer states October 3 or 4).
PLT Meetings
I believe we will be continuing our PLT work during the Early Release Day on October 16th, as well as taking some more organized time to collaborate on Learning Targets. More details soon.
Thank you also for the feedback. If you have not already filled out the feedback form, please do so HERE. No specific email addresses are collected, so it's completely anonymous. That being said, some of you said you would like further information on topics like, "The Turnaround Plan," and "stuff," so I hope you will see me and/or someone on the ILT to get your questions answered. I am happy at any time to talk with you about the TP - it certainly is dense and prompts questions!
