Becoming an Educator
Candi Hurst
Hi! My name is Candi Hurst
I chose to complete my Senior Project on becoming and Educator. I chose this career because I am good at explaining processes and critical thinking to other people. I specifically want to work with at-risk students in grades 9-12; I chose this category because I was an at-risk student, and I feel it is important to give back to my community while assisting others in their educational process.
Curiosity
Being an educator means engaging students' curiosity and guiding them toward becoming life-long learners.
Creativity
Knowing how to create something from almost nothing is a marvelous way to engage students in new and exciting experiences.
Cooperation
Teaching students to work together and cooperate to create a finished product is a step necessary for adulthood.
Projects for Students

- Endangered Animals Projects English 11A
