Keeping the main thing, the main thing
As we push toward the testing season, I want to remind us o keep our focus. Stephen Covey once stated, "The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing."
- Project-Based Learning
- Classrooms centered around multiple learning styles and perceptual modes
- Student collaboration
- Authentic & Relevant learning experiences
It is easy for a classroom and school to lose it's identity around this time of you because of testing season. We will not because we have developed plans and we will work those plans to ensure success for all of our students.
Keep up the good work!
Be sure to input your assessment data into your STAAR Intervention Plan.

STAAR Intervention Plans
We will be distributing STAAR Intervention Plan documents for each core teacher complete. You will need to identify the following:
- What date you will target each SE that needs to be remediated
- Which individual students you will target
- How you will assess each SE
- How you will track the results of the assessment
These plans will be due one week from the time you receive your individual document.
