Alabama Comrehensive Assessment Program

  • ACAP testing will be April 3-6 and April 11-14 for Second, Third and Fourth grade students.
  • Please be sure your child arrives to school on time.
  • Breakfast will not be served after 7:50. If your child needs breakfast, please arrive in enough time for them to eat.
  • It is recommended that students receive 10 hours of sleep to help prepare for testing.
  • Be sure to encourage your student each morning and send them to school with a positive attitude.
  • Please do not check out your student early during these testing dates.

🙌 Student Shout Outs

End of 9 Weeks Reading Party

At the end of each 9 weeks, four students from each class in grades 1st through 4th are chosen by their teacher to participate in a reading party in the library. These students have all shown dedication and commitment to reading by completing their reading logs and AR tests.

Victorious Vikings

Each month, our students focus on a specific character trait with our School Counselor, Miss Corriher. The character trait for February was Respect, and the character trait for March was Forgiveness. One student from each class was chosen by their teacher because they showed behaviors of these character traits.

Field Day

Friday, April 28th, 8am-2pm

  • Your student's class will be assigned a specific time frame that will be sent home with them.
  • We will also be sending home information about purchasing a snack bag at the concession stand.
