James Walt joins SCS as Celebrity Chef in Residence
He will be at the Stratford Chefs School from January 24th to 28th instructing, cooking, and overseeing level two dinner labs for the week.
Celebrity Chef in Residence dinners are $85 plus applicable taxes and include wine pairings and coffee or tea.
