Mass for Peace & Justice- August 28

Join the Archdiocese of Washington from the Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle as Archbishop Wilton D. Gregory celebrates a commemorative Mass marking the anniversary of the 1963 March on Washington, where Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. delivered his “I Have A Dream” speech. Worldwide Marriage Encounter Virtual Retreat

Worldwide Marriage Encounter is hosting a virtual marriage retreat on Mondays and Thursdays from Aug. 31 to Sept. 24. The retreat is for Catholic couples of all ages, including young adults, seeking to improve their marriage and grow closer to God. Married couples, and priests and religious looking to strengthen their ministries can register here or by calling Tom and Ruth DeFalco at 732-904-9636.

Theology on Tapas- September 23

A monthly opportunity for young adults to gather in faith, cook together and hear bite-sized stories of the saints begins September 23 at 7:00 p.m.! This first gathering will learn how to make rose petal cookies and their connection to St. Padre Pio. To sign up for this gathering and future gatherings, please click here. The Young Adult Ministry at St. Benedict's Parish in Ontario County will be gathering for a pizza dinner at 6:00 p.m. and viewing of a portion of the Symbolon Series starting at 6:30 p.m. The viewing of Symbolon will be followed by a discussion. Election 2020 – Civilize It (Podcast)

Being directly between the Democratic National Convention and the Republican National Convention, the Talking Catholic Podcast invited Matt Davis from the Diocese of Camden’s Office of Life and Justice to chat about the civil discourse initiative from the USCCB called Civilize It. Podcast hosts Mary McCusker and Mike Walsh also chat with him about how Catholics can embrace faithful citizenship, so that we can wisely bring our faith into the voting booth (or as we sit down to fill out a mail-in ballot). Young Adult Bible Study

Every Thursday

7:30-8:30 p.m.

Individuals 18-35 are invited to a Bible study organized by the Auburn area young adult ministry. Read/discuss passages from the Bible and Church documents while enjoying fellowship with other young adults. The study is informed by Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS) Equip.
