February 13th Edition

No School February 14th & 17th!

Mr Harrison's 3rd Grade Class

Our third grade class has been looking at the different kinds of resources that our society uses, ranging from those created by people, to the renewable and nonrenewable resources that need to be used with respect. Diving deeper we are looking at one of our most valuable resources...water. Students are building an understanding of properties of water by testing reactions to different surfaces, density, the water cycle, and the understanding that clean water is a resource that many places around the world have a limited supply.

Our Plants are growing!
