Everyone experiences stress and anxiety from time to time. Stress is any demand placed on your brain or physical body. People can report feeling stressed when multiple competing demands are placed on them. The feeling of being stressed can be triggered by an event that makes you feel frustrated or nervous. Anxiety is a feeling of fear, worry, or unease. It can be a reaction to stress, or it can occur in people who are unable to identify significant stressors in their life.
Is your child dealing with stress and anxiety. Are you having daily struggles and really do not know where to go from here?
Join us for a discussion on stress and anxiety. We will talk through what this may look like and help with some strategies that parents can use to help their child be successful.

Blair Oaks Cheerleaders are hosting a "PINK OUT" in conjunction with CheerFair on October 25th. The theme for this year's CheerFair is "REAL FALCONS WEAR PINK - FIGHTING TOGETHER". A portion of the proceeds from the sale of the shirts will go to help fight cancer.
