PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCE SCHEDULING NEWS
Hello Rockwell Parents!
We are happy to announce that this school year we will be offering ONLINE PARENT/TEACHER CONFERENCE SCHEDULING through pickatime.com.
Pick-A-Time is an award-winning software-as-a-service company providing easy to use online scheduling.
This year our Parent Teacher Conferences will be held on Monday, October 14 and Tuesday, October 15, from 4:15-8:15 p.m and Wednesday, October 16 12:15-4:15 p.m.
Follow the directions provided to get to the Parent Teacher Conference Scheduler.
A link will be sent out via email on Monday, September 30. This is the link you will use to sign up for conferences.
Register (new users)
1. Enter your email address and push "Login/Create Account".
2. Fill in the required fields and register.
Sign In
If you have previously registered, all you need to do is enter your email and password. If you have forgotten your password, you can select the Forgot Password button and a new password will be emailed to you.
Identify Student
For each child, enter in the two prompts that your school requires. They are the student’s first and last name with no space (example JohnSmith) and birth date, enter the birth date in the following format mm/dd/yy.
Scheduling
1. Each colored square represents an available meeting time. The legend shows you which teacher corresponds to which color, and the times increase as you go down the page. (Note: you will not see all of the teachers at your school, just the set of teachers that your children have classes with.)
2. Click on a square to book that time
3. Click "Create Appointment".
Repeat until you have a time with each teacher you'd like to visit with.
• At any time you can click on "printable schedule" and print the resulting web page to get a hard copy of your schedule. You will also have the option to email your schedule to yourself.
• If you want to make changes to your schedule, you can log in at any time with the email address and password you used to create your account.
• Click on “Your Schedule” to display and hide your appointments. There will be links to change the time or cancel the appointment.Creighton Athletics
This year we were able to participate in the Creighton University Athletics Future Bluejay Program.
This program allows free tickets to Creighton Games.
Our first one is this Sunday, Sept. 29th - Volleyball game versus Georgetown at 1:00 pm at D.J. Sokol Arena.

Please join us for Circle of Friends Preschool Story Time!
This is a monthly story time for 3 and 4 year old at the Rockwell Library.
This month’s story time will be held on Thursday, October 4th 10: 00 – 10:30.
Simple stories, songs and an activity will be provided.
Preschool age appropriate books will also be available for check out.
