Pfizer Vaccine Clinic!

Dear Parents/Guardians

We are excited to offer a Pfizer Vaccine Clinic for MHHS students ages 16 and older, and their families on May 7, 2021 from 2:00 - 7:00 pm at Mt. Hope High School Cafeteria. PLEASE SEE details, eligibility criteria and registration information below.

  • Parents/Guardians must sign up your student (ages 16 and older only) - (Students may NOT REGISTER THEMSELVES for the vaccine)

  • Immediate family members of MHHS students (16 yrs and older) may register to receive the vaccine as well.

  • Once you sign up, you will receive a confirmation email from the RI Department of Health.

Do not share this link with anyone as this is exclusive to MHHS Students (ages 16 + older) and their families.

The Pfizer Vaccine requires two doses. The second clinic is scheduled for May 28, from 2:00 - 7:00 (same location).
