Foods II Enterprise
Our Foods II students produced meals to go for their enterprise project this semester.
The students determined the menu choices based on a survey of teachers in our school. Then students prepared and tested the recipes prior to going into production for the week. All foods were prepared from scratch and packaged for the customers to bake when they arrived home. We offered an entree and a dessert item each week. Here is a picture of making the burritos assembly line.
