A Message from the Principal

Dear Holy Family Catholic School Community,

The new school year is only days away and we can't wait to see your children back on campus!

Please view my video message which includes a review of some of the Family Handbook highlights.

Here are the highlights in written form:

  • There are two signature pages included at the back of the handbook which need to be signed and delivered back to school either with your child or via regular mail.
  • The school day will be from 8:00am to 3:15.
  • There will only be 30 minutes of core class homework per night, plus instrument practice for band class.
  • Honor Roll will now be celebrated at the end of each semester rather than each quarter with High Honor and Honor levels of academic distinction.
  • The conduct grade will now be a letter grade rather than a numeric grade.
  • The roof replacement is still in process. The contractor has agreed to suspend work during our drop-off and pick-up times but your added awareness will be required to keep these times safe.
  • Parents and visitors will not be allowed on campus without an approved, pre-planned appointment. We are working hard to keep our "safety bubble" intact.
  • School Mass will be closed to parents and parishioners during this time of COVID-19 safety protocol.

More information about distance learning will be forthcoming.

God bless you!

Ann Walters
