Vegan
Somebody who only eats foods from plant sources.
Vegan Diet
Breakfast: French Toast instead of eggs and milk they use soy milk and silken tofu, orange juice
Lunch: Chickpea Sandwich the filling can be made from vegan mayo, water, baked vegan sweet potato sticks
Dinner: Asian noodles with stir fried corn.
Vegetarian Diet
Breakfast: Maple- Apple Muffins, brunch- worthy scrambled eggs.
Lunch: Veggie Burger, oven- fried truffle chips
Dinner : Three Cheese Quesadillas
Recipe
I chose the recipe for hot wings because I love hot wings there is a vegan style to make wings that are free of isolated soy proteins and everything that is used to make the wings is all juices such as lemon juice and seasonings such as black pepper, salt, and flour.

1. This diet can make you live longer than normal Americans
2. They do it because they don't like the way animals are raised then slaughtered
3. To promote a more caring world
4. Can eat a variety of different vegan foods such as healthy vegetables
5. Free of cholesterol and low in saturated fats.
