What Do I Do If...?
The best way to approach this situation is to ask the person to quiet down. We do live in a quiet house, so they should be pretty respectful of the quiet hours but if they are being loud you have the right to ask them to quiet down. If they don't or you aren't comfortable with asking, go see Lorna who will quiet them down. If Lorna isn't around or is sleeping, call either Front Desk (before midnight) or Security. Noise complaints are always dealt with by an RA and it is always confidential. The RA will not be told or tell anyone who the complaint was made by.
