Teamwork and Open Communication
It is important to have open communication with teachers and office staff this school year. We are a team and we all want what is best for your child! Let's make a pact to communicate whether it is through e-mail, phone, text, Seesaw or any other mode on a weekly basis so that we are on the same page.
Students try to focus and listen and take it all in, but lets' face it, they are children and they miss things. Please reach out to staff when you are unsure of assignments or information your children are sharing to clarify what is being said.
It is a different year and it is not going to be like years past. School procedures and expectations are different as well as in the classroom. Let's all be patient with each other and support each other, this is what is best for our students! We can do this! Teachers will be reaching out to you as well and making sure you know what is going on in the classroom so you can support your child in all that they do.
We are WILDCATS! WILDCAT STRONG!!!!
Please reach out to me with any questions, (260) 347-1354 or firstname.lastname@example.org

Click on the "Menu" at the top of the home page. Click the “For Families” tab and then the "Transportation" tab. When the drop down menu appears, you will see a link called “Transportation Change Request.” When you click that link, you will be taken to a form that you can fill out and submit electronically. FROM THE OFFICE OF MR. PERLICH, DEAN OF STUDENTS
We understand that with Covid, there will be illness absences this year. Please make sure to call your child into school ill and provide us with doctor's notes. If illness is due to Covid, you will not receive attendance letters.
Please know that attendance is important and if illness is not the case, we do expect students to be in school. Please plan accordingly and make sure to have your child(ren) to school on time and try your best to schedule appointments around the school day.
For those families participating in online learning, attendance is still important. Students are expected to participate in learning every day. If they do not turn in assignments and participate in live streaming, they are considered absent. Please make sure to communicate any illness with the school. We will follow our attendance policy for any unverified absences.
We will have a fire drill within the first ten days of school. Not all students will exit the building during the drill, but all students will discuss and learn about fire drills and the importance. A fire drill will take place each month. Please reach out to Mr. Perlich if you have any questions about fire drills, tornado drills, lock downs or anything pertaining to safety.
This year, the school building will be locked. This is new. Please call the school before coming to the building. We can come outside to pick something up or bring something to you if you schedule it with us. Thank you for understanding!
