Things to Inspire...
What's Your Why?
However, now is the perfect time to reflect on your why...what do you love about teaching, what do you love about your students, what keeps you coming back to serve our students and this community? Our students need us now more than ever. I challenge you to think about what is going to push you to fight the good fight for our students and give them the best of us everyday even when it is not easy. I am here to support you in this fight! Dig deep, remember your why, and notice the impact that you can have on your students everyday! #championseveryday
Nuts and Bolts for the Week
Welcome
Shout Outs
- Thank you to Michelle and Jennee for all of their hard work preparing for the beginning of the school year and making our building look spic and span! You both stepped up to ensure that all items on the to do list were checked off as well as supporting the teachers with odds and ends that needed to get done! Thank you!!
- Thank you to all of you for making the first week of school a success! Students are transitioning and getting acclimated to their new normal as are we! Continue working on building those relationships, spending time getting to know your students, and reviewing SOAR expectations with your students!
- Thank you for letting me come into your classrooms last week to read to your students. I am so excited to see what risks and goals our students want to take this year with the support of all of you. You all play such a vital role in the success of all of our students! Let's make this a special year for our students and help support them as they SOAR! Please make sure that you turn the filled out feathers into the office so we can finalize the bulletin board. #aessoars
