Weekly Update (February 22 - February 26)

ANNOUNCEMENTS

We are going to do our best to jump back into our routine this week. I know that many of you may still be without power, water and/or dealing major plumbing issues at home and at your businesses. Our hearts go out to each of you as we continue to keep our chins above water this year. If you need assistance with anything, please do not hesitate to reach out and we will see what we can do to find help.


Virtual Recital Recordings: Re-scheduled for Monday, March 1 @ CHS. Students will keep the times that they have signed for with Mrs. Shinn and Mr. Peek.


UIL Solo Contest: Re-scheduled for Saturday, March 20 @ PESH. Student performance times will remain the same.


Plano Percussion Chamber Music Festival: Rescheduled for Wednesday, February 24 @ PSHS.


Before School Rehearsals: Reminder that beginning the week of March 22 we will begin once a week before school rehearsals with each band so that the students can rehearse in a socially distanced full band setting to prepare for our Spring Concert. These rehearsals have been added to the Google Calendar.


UIL Physical and Medical History: Current 9th grade students will only need to complete and submit an updated Medical History form for next year. This is due no later than May 14, 2021. Current 10th grade students will need both the UIL Physical AND Medical History forms for next year. Due date will come from Mr. Lewis at PSHS this spring, however go ahead and plan now to schedule your student's physical (current 10th graders only). More information below!

UIL Physical & Medical History Forms

All current 9th grade students will only need an updated Medical History form on file for 2021-2022.


All current 10th grade students will need BOTH the UIL Physical and updated Medical History form on file for 2021-2022. 10th grade students going to PSHS will submit there forms to Mr. Lewis at PSHS (do NOT use the submission link below...it is only for next year's Clark Band).
