12 signs and symptoms of communicable diseases

1. Fever

2. Sore throat

3. Muscle aches.

4. Tiredness.

5. Headache.

6. Vomiting.

7. Diarrhea.

8. Sneezing.

9. Runny nose.

10. Watery eyes.

11. Rash.

12. Coughing.

One or two of these signs may not mean you have a communicable disease. It means that a virus has attached itself to you.
