Casa Willow
Children's House (33 months - Kindergarten)
Our Casa Willow Staff: Kasey, Taryn, Mindi, Nada & Anna
Welcome, 2019!
Dear Casa Willow parents,
We hope you all had a nice winter break and we all look forward to hearing stories about what the children did over the holidays!
December was certainly the busiest month of the year for us in Casa Willow! A GIANT thank you goes out to Mindi, Anna and Nada for helping with the parent calendars- it certainly took a group effort to get 351 pages finished in time to bring home before the break!
Thank you to all of the families who were able to come in for parent night. I tried to get photos of each family but I noticed after the evening was over that I had missed a few. Please accept my apologies!
On the bright side, I made it my mission to find the missing camera over the break and I DID!! I hope you enjoy looking through the many photos from the Thanksgiving feast all the way up to winter break!
We would like to extend our gratitude for all of the parents who came in to volunteer and play games with the children as we celebrated the first official day of winter! Between pajamas, making popcorn, learning about the winter solstice, and playing several board games, we are certain the children were tired by the end of the day!
You’ll notice from the photos that we were invited to a very special musical production by Pamela (Casa Ginkgo assistant guide) and a couple of her very close friends. The children enjoyed hearing the fiddle, guitar and even an accordion!
WELCOME, FRANCIS!
We would like to welcome our newest child, Francis, along with his parents Patrick and Tricia, to our Casa Willow family! If you see them around JMS, please be sure to introduce yourselves and welcome their family to our community!
KASEY’S RETURN!
We are excited to announce that Kasey will be returning to JMS soon! She will begin next Monday, January 7th with one week of half days, and then will be back full time on the 14th. Stop in anytime and say hello to welcome Kasey back!
