In keeping with the trend of pop-up events, shops and stores, the Office of Leadership Development is venturing into new territory by hosting a Pop-Up Work-Shop on Leadership and Negotiation.
This workshop will introduce you to the main principles of effective negotiation and help you develop the skills needed to achieve a successful outcome, develop sustainable and respectful relationships and achieve your objectives in the long term.
Through participation in the workshop, you will be provided with the tools needed to manage "conflict" with others, while achieving your objectives in a variety of situations, without compromising your views and opinions, or those of the other person(s).
