Garden Shopping: been given a sign for our garden donated by the civic garden association
-We have $200 to spend: choose from sheet or choose our own
-could spend money on materials or on programming
-Colleen will send the form via email for us to look over
-We need big metal rakes and wheelbarrow (Amy Estepp will look into getting some of these supplies (wheelbarrow, rakes, metal shovel)
-possibility: place bag of soil under stairs for safe keeping
-could get some seeds to start a good seed collection
-indoor grow light and stand (great idea but $160 and money is gone)
Colleen has to give order ASAP- come together next Tuesday for final decision

MAP testing next week: 4th grade Wednesday and Thursday & 3RD GRADE READING MAP-DONE BY KENDRA IN JASON'S CLASSROOM.
Need to write up a letter to parents about Sharp School- what it is and why they get it- will reduce the number students receive and will move to them receiving detentions instead.
Colleen will develop the letter to be sent home with all 3rd-6th Grade students next week.
Quarterly Incentives-QUARTER 3-Grades 3-6
Mar. 17th: Scallywag Tag-leave school at noon, will be there 1-3.
Cost: $400.00 to rent out plus $1.00 per kid. Concessions and arcade will be open
Permission Slip-Lindsay Wittich is developing the form.
BUSES HAVE BEEN ORDERED WITH PAT IN THE OFFICE.
GREEN POD MEETING-TUESDAY: FEB. 16TH AT 10:30 TO DISCUSS STUDENT REQUIREMENTS TO BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND THIS EVENT FOR 3RD QUARTER.
We will be having a BAKE SALE: FEB. 25TH & FEB. 26TH TO RAISE MONEY FOR THIS EVENT. THE SALE WILL BE IN THE CAFETERIA ON THE DATES LISTED DURING INTERMEDIATE LUNCH BELL ONLY.
