Let's get ready for the Career Fair!!
The CAREER FAIR is this Friday, February 1st!!
Need help preparing? Don't panic!
1) Log onto TribeCareers, RSVP to the Fair and check out what companies will be there.
Do some research and write down which companies interest you.
2) Attend our Crash Course on Navigating a Career Fair at the Cohen Career Center.

3) Come to our pop-up advising hours on Jan 28th from 5-6 pm in Campus Center or our extended advising hours (see above and check Cohen's website for more walk-in times).
4) Update and print out copies of your resume.
If you're looking for an internship/job, you can ask to leave a resume with an employer and ask for a contact email to get further information on opportunities.
5) Prepare your business professional attire for the fair.

Berkeley Research Group Case Competition Launch
2019 BRG Case Competition Kick-Off! $1,000 prize for first place, $500 for second place
Interesting in participating in this year's case competition? Come to the kick-off on Friday, February 1st at 4 pm in the Cohen Career Center, directly following the Spring Career Fair. Learn more about BRG and what the competition entails. Seating is limited, so please RSVP in TribeCareers under info. sessions to let us know you are coming!
Juniors (who intend to graduate in May or December 2020) and Sophomores (who intend to graduate in May or December of 2021) from ALL MAJORS are invited to register a team of 3-4 individuals for the competition. The ideal team will be composed of members from different majors and disciplines. You can register your team here: http://forms.wm.edu/41070.
The team registration deadline is Thursday, February 7th at 11:59pm.
The registered teams will receive the case virtually on Friday, February 8th, and final round teams will be presenting on Friday, February 15th from 12 - 4 pm. Winners will be announced and a networking reception will follow.
Government, Nonprofit, and Education Career Fair at Georgetown University
Georgetown's annual Government, Non-Profit and Education Career Fair brings top employers to recruit students and alumni for internships and full-time jobs in the government, nonprofit and education sectors. The Cohen Career Center will be chartering a passenger bus for students to attend the career fair. The bus will depart William & Mary in the early morning on February 8 and return from Georgetown in the evening that same day.
