ICCS Mission Statement:
FAMILY MASS & GATHERING THIS SUNDAY
REMINDER! All ICCS students, parents, Grandpanthers, alumni and school supporters are invited to attend a special Family Mass and Gathering this Sunday, January 29, starting at 10:00 a.m. in the ICCS Gym. After Mass, guests will enjoy food, fellowship and an ICCS Praise Band "Jam Session" in the Gym. The Mass and Family Event are being held in celebration of Catholic Schools Week. We hope to see everyone there!
RE-ENROLLMENT CURRENTLY UNDERWAY
Step 1: (If not yet completed)
Parents need to create a Family Portal Account. Please note: this is different from the FACTS Tuition Account that parents created last year.
- www.factsmgt.com
- Parent Login (upper right corner of the screen)
- Choose the "Create New Family" blue link
- Enter the District Code: ICCS-LA
- Enter your email (use the primary email that is on file with ICCS)
- Choose: Create Account
- An email will be sent to you from FACTS Customer Support with a link that will allow you to create a username and password. (For security purposes, this link is only valid for 6 hours)
- Enter your username (suggested to use your first initial and last name) and password and click the "Save Username and/or Password" button
- You will now be able to log in at www.factsmgt.com using the information you entered

Step 2: (To be completed between now and Friday, January 31)
- After logging in to your FACTS Parent Web account, click on the Enroll tab found on the left-hand side of the page.
- A drop-down menu will appear; click enrollment/re-enrollment.
- A pop-up blocker may prevent the page from opening. Allow it by clicking in the top right-hand corner of your browser.
- Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your student.
- The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
- Your information will be saved if you need to stop and come back later.
- One of the final steps will have you login to your FACTS Tuition Account to set up your payment plan for the 2020-21 school year.
- Once completed, click the submit button. A $20 one-time application fee will be processed at this time.
- A confirmation notification screen will appear once you have successfully completed all the steps.
- Parents enrolling new siblings will choose Application from the Enroll Tab to complete the packet on their new student.

NEW THIS YEAR: there will be a $20 application fee collected per student at the end of the online re-enrollment process. (Credit card transactions will be charged an additional fee)
Registration fees of $200 per student will be collected in February through FACTS.
2019 TAX STATEMENTS AVAILABLE
Payments made through FACTS (Including registration and August-December 2019 payments) are available for parents to print online.
FACTS Tax Statements can be printed using the following instructions:
- Sign in to your account: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/440BZ
- Click the blue "View Details" link on the home screen
- Click the blue "View Payment Summary" box
- Click the blue "Print" button at the top right corner of the screen
This report details all payments made through FACTS for 2019 (August-December). The school's tax identification number is listed for tax purposes.

NEW VISITOR CHECK IN SYSTEM INSTALLED
Safety is a top priority at Immaculate Conception Cathedral School. A new system has been acquired and installed to help protect your children and our faculty members.
The Raptor Visitor Management System helps track guests at our school,
providing a safer and more monitored environment for our students. When visitors, volunteers, contractors or parents check-in at the front office, they will be asked to present a valid state-issued ID for entering into the system. The system has the ability to provide alerts on people who may jeopardize the safety of our campus.
The new Raptor system is an added level of protection for our students, faculty members and guests. The system was purchased with rollover Title funds earmarked for school safety in an effort to maintain best practices and up-to-date safety protocols.

ICCS SOCIAL STUDIES FAIR RESULTS
The following students placed in the top 3 overall at the ICCS Social Studies Fair. These students have received an invitation to compete at the Region V Social Studies Fair on February 28:

PARENT VOLUNTEERS STILL NEEDED
ICCS will be hosting an Enrollment Information Session for PreK-8th Grade prospective families and students next Wednesday, January 29, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at ICCS
Parent volunteers are still needed to assist with this Enrollment Information Session. Volunteer duties include greeting guests upon arrival, checking in families at the registration table and/or touring families around the ICCS campus. AUCTION T-SHIRT SALE UNDERWAY
The ICCS 8th Grade Class of 2020 is selling long-sleeved and short-sleeved Auction themed t-shirts. Parents and students can conveniently place an order using the link below. All funds raised through this fundraiser will benefit the ICCS 8th Grade Class of 2020. The t-shirt artwork was designed by ICCS Alumni and parent, Robbie Austin. Orders must be completed by Friday, January 31, 2020.
ORDER SCHOOL UNIFORMS NOW
IMPORTANT REMINDER! Southern Drifter will place orders for ICCS uniforms for the 2020-2021 school year NOW THROUGH FEBRUARY 8. Families and students can stop by Southern Drifter in the Prien Lake Mall and be fitted for uniforms or call in and place orders over the phone.
The last day to order and receive a guaranteed uniform for the 2020-2021 school year is Saturday, February 8. All orders made after February 8 will be subject to 35% increase and the lay-away option will not be available.

Important Reminders from the Southern Drifter Staff:
- Any dollar amount can be placed to hold your order, the remaining balance will be due upon pick up in June. If you no longer need your order (any or all items), the money will be fully refunded back to the original form of payment.
- If the item no longer fits upon pick up in June, you will be able to exchange any and all items at no cost. The growth of your child is accounted for. This order guarantees your child’s uniforms no matter how much he/she has grown.
- If your child is in 8th grade and will attend SLC, he/she also needs to come in and order their SLC uniform.
- This process is essential and guarantees your child has a uniform for the start of school.
