Kindergarten Weekly News
Mrs. Furibondo
Week of 2/12
Happy Friday Kindergarten families! We had an energetic week celebrating kindness and friendship with a lot of fun activities. Here is a little glimpse of the work we did this week:
In reading, we continued our non-fiction unit by reading and learning about George Washington and Abraham Lincoln in celebration of presidents day.
In math, we started to compose (put together) two numbers that make 10. We also learned to decompose (break apart) 10 into two numbers.
In writing, we wrote about all of the things we love!
In science, we used what we know about force and motion to make a special marble painting for you!
