Students need to either have their book or have access to the online book to be able to ensure their understanding of the concepts by doing their independent work.
Students will be introduced to volume and surface area.

Students will be able to volume of prisms, pyramids, cones, cylinders, and spheres. They will also review surface area of prisms and pyramids.

Students will continue our unit over Westward Expansion. Students will be looking at project choice this week to dig deeper in their learning over Manifest Destiny.

Most classes have finished reading The Adventures of Tom Sawyer! As we work toward finishing the Tom Sawyer Unit, we will be completing the "Identify and Support Theme" objective. We will also begin writing our Persuasive Writing where you will be supporting the Theme you identified!
