We made it...next week is the last week of the 2021-22 school year. Looking back on where we were at the beginning of the year, this is a good felling.

Free and Reduced Lunch Information 2022-23
The JA Food Service Department is asking all families to complete their Free & Reduced Meal application in Final Forms, regardless of need, due to program changes for the 2022-2023 school year. The form can be found here for English speakers and here for Spanish speakers. This is also a great opportunity to update any of your child's information as well.

School Supply Kit Sale 2022-23 (For CMS 5th Grade Students this year)

The store will be open through July 1, 2022.
7th Grade Vaccinations 2022-23
The state of Ohio requires vaccinations for students entering 7th and 12th grade. The requirements include:
- Students entering 7th grade-Tdap (Tetanus, Diptheria, Pertussis), Meningococcal (ACWY)(Meningitis)
- Students entering 12th grade-Meningococcal (ACWY) (Meningitis) (All students in grades 8-12 must have one documented Tdap booster)
If your child has not received these vaccines, please make arrangements to obtain these immunizations prior to the start of the 22-23 school year. You may schedule these vaccines with your child's pediatrician or family doctor. If your child has received these vaccines, please make sure to forward a copy of the record to the school. All 7th grade immunization records must be sent to Jonathan Alder Junior High School via fax 614-873-0845 and 12th grade immunization records to Jonathan Alder High school via fax: 614-873-4252.
