You must be willing to dig deep to find the gold, there is absolutely no substitute for hard work, you get out of it what you put into it.

Time management is as important in your personal life as it is in career success. It teaches you how to manage your time effectively and effeciently and to make the most of it. Here are reasons why it is so valuable.

1. Time is a special resource that you cannot store away for a rainy day. Everyone has the exact same amount of time each day and time not used well cannot be retrieved.
