Parent teacher conferences will take place on March 30, 2023 from 12:00 to 7:00pm (break from 3:30-4:00). We will be offering virtual appointments for parents, but you are welcome to attend in person if you like. All parents must make an appointment with the teacher they would like to meet with, please prioritize two or three teachers including academic and conservatory.

To set up an appointment with each staff member, click on their name below. This will direct you to their Google Calendar where you will be able to view each available appointment slot.

Once you have clicked on one of the appointment slots, a popup will appear directing you to enter a description before hitting "Save" to lock in the appointment. If Google Calendar is not allowing you to sign up for an appointment after selecting it, you may have to first sign in with a Google account.

Finally, once you have locked in your appointment by selecting "Save" in the popup, you will receive an email confirmation that you have signed up for an appointment, complete with date, time, and the potential link to the meeting. This is the link you will use to enter the meeting on March 30th, Virtual Appt Only.

As a reminder: when you click on the link to make the appointment for each teacher, please fill out the 3 items required in the description before saving.
