When making decisions I tend to follow the Analyical style. People with that desision making style is Intellectual, Wants Control, Motivated by complex situations with variety and challenge, wants to be able to predict outcomes, and skilled in organizing facts and establishing control. Others sometimes percieve my decision making as over thinking, makes connections and more mathematical thinking. The best Organizational Fit for my type of decision making is one that aloows for planning or solving complex problems is important, such as science and engineering.
