• We are still having bus issues, especially in the afternoon. If your child is a bus rider, please speak to him/her about the importance of staying seated, quiet, and keeping their hands, feet, and all personal objects to themselves.

• Car riders are to be dropped off from the carpool lines beginning at 7:15 am. Please do not park your vehicle in order to walk your child to the door. STUDENTS CANNOT BE DROPPED OFF AND LEFT ALONE BEFORE CAR POOL BEGINS. SUPERVISION IS NOT PROVIDED UNTIL 7:15. The tardy bell rings at 7:45 for grades K-5.

• Walkers cannot arrive on campus before 7:15. No exceptions.

• PreK drop-off begins at 7:45. SIBLINGS OF PRE-K STUDENTS ARE TO ENTER THE SCHOOL THROUGH THEIR DESIGNATED DOORS, NOT THE PRE-K DOORS, UNLESS THEY ARE 4TH GRADERS. Please see the Morning Drop-off Map link near the bottom of the Smore for the doors that students are to enter.

• NO STUDENTS ARE TO BE DROPPED OFF OR PICKED UP ON SUNSET BLVD, which is the street in front of the 5th grade building that is blocked by the large gate, or on UNIVERSITY BLVD. Students are not supervised and it's dangerous. If your children are normally walkers, but need to be dropped off on a particular morning, parents must go through the normal car pool line to drop them off.

• Afternoon car riders
• Teachers are on duty from 2:45-3:15 for dismissal.
• 3:15-3:30: Parents must exit cars and walk to the front door to pick up their child/ren. Please have your decal in hand.
• 3:30: Students not yet picked up are considered late; student name will be listed on the late pickup log.

Friday, September 23rd: Wear a camouflage shirt and/or hat for National Hunting & Fishing Day (with uniform bottoms).

Friday, September 30th: Wear your favorite scarf to celebrate the beginning of fall (must wear school uniform).

September 19- Title I meeting, 4:30; Open House for grades K-2, 5:00-6:00

September 20 - Fall pictures (wear school uniforms)

September 20- Title I meeting, 4:30; Open House for grades 3-5, 5:00-6:00

September 30- Chuck E. Cheese fundraiser night

October 7- end of quarter 1

October 17 - Statewide Parenting Day with report card pickup
