Wednesday, February 1: World Hijab Day and National Girls and Women in Sports Day
- 11:00am - 1:00pm, Reeve Union Concourse(**CULTURAL EVENT FOR SSS SCHOLARSHIP**)
- We are excited to celebrate World Hijab Day with the Muslim Student Association, Interfaith Dialogue and Education Alliance, and Reeve Union Diversity and Inclusion Programs. World Hijab Day is an open invitation for people who do not regularly wear the hijab to experience the hijab. There will be hijabs to try on and people to give directions. We hope you will stop by and learn more about the hijab!
- 4:00 - 8:00pm, Student Recreation and Wellness Center (**ACADEMIC EVENT FOR SSS SCHOLARSHIP**)
- In collaboration with Student Recreation and the Student Health Center/Health Advocates, we will be hosting a bingo-style event for students to celebrate National Girls and Women in Sports Day. Students will complete various activities and then are entered to win prizes. One of the activities is to try on the hijab, which means you can catch us in the SRWC if you miss us in Reeve!
