KC Symphony
Our class attended the Symphony this week, and we enjoyed the Kauffman Center, and hearing a variety of music. The focus this year was on character, setting, and plot through music. The students were excited to be there, and our view was amazing!
Boo Grams
NEHS (National Elementary Honor Society) will be selling Boo Grams next week and until Oct. 28th. They are small bags of candy for $1.00 (similar to a Valentine's Gram) and will be delivered on the 28th. All of the money raised will be used to purchase items for Hillcrest's Snowman Tree in December to help needy students.
Haunted Hallways
This year, Haunted Hallways will be on Tuesday, October 27th, 6-8pm at the new Belton High School. If you bring in 3 canned goods or non-perishable items, you can get in for free, or the cost is $2.00. Costumes are required, and the informational poster will go home next week.
