For Your Information and Action
Fundraising Request Forms: A fundraising request form for any and all activities in which you are collecting money for must be approved by the principal. Anyone collecting of money must have permission as to why, where, and how. The auditors flagged a few accounts that they are questioning. Sue is going to match up these approved forms with deposits to show them why we are collecting money and how it is being used, i.e. checks disbursed. Bobbie Jones, Kristen and Sue will be working with the auditors so more specific guidelines can be provided. The Fundraising Request form can be found on the document server. Any questions should be directed to Kristen or Sue before proceeding with any fundraisers.
