In honor of Preservation Week, two local experts will be sharing a hands-on workshop to provide education and tools for collecting, organizing and safe guarding photos, documents, videos and other memorabilia for current enjoyment and for future generations that follow.

During Preservation Week, April 24 – April 30, 2016, the Association for Library Collections & Technology Services (ALCTS), a division of the American Library Association (ALA), encourages libraries and other institutions to use Preservation Week to connect communities through events, activities, and resources that highlight what we can do, individually and together, to preserve our personal and shared collections.
