SELF-AWARE
When you are ready for life, you have a clear perception of your personality. You know what your strengths are as well as your weaknesses. You understand your own thoughts, beliefs, motivation, and emotions. You take the time to express how you feel, reflect on thing you could improve on, and ask for feedback from others. By doing these things, you are using the leader attribute, Self- Aware.
This weeks I will statement “I will be aware of myself by knowing my strengths and weaknesses.”
