HALF DAY OF SCHOOL: BEADLE SNEAK PEEK
Friday, May 3, will be a half-day of school for our current Beadle Middle School students.
- Current students will be dismissed from school at 10:45 a.m. so the 2019-2020 sixth grade students can come to the Beadle Sneak Peek to tour the building and complete transition activities.
Buses will run accordingly. Current students are asked to be picked up by 11:00 a.m. so we can prepare for the fifth grade students. Incoming fifth grade students will arrive by 12:00 p.m. Thank you.
Beadle Assessments
- Mark your calendars!
Beadle Middle School will be NSCAS testing. NSCAS stands for Nebraska Student – Centered Assessment System. Most students will take their tests during their regular class time.
NSCAS Science -- April 22 for Eighth Grade Only
Please help your student(s) perform their best by ensuring they are well-rested and eat a healthy breakfast the day of the assessments. If possible, please avoid late night activities prior to an assessment. Beadle students have historically performed well on assessments, and we look forward to continued success this year. Thank you for your support.
Food and Drinks in School
- Reminder from our School Student Handbook:
Students are not allowed to bring food or drink into school unless it is part of your school lunch. There will be times when you are invited to bring food for a special occasion or for a "Read & Feed" but this is only with teacher direction on special designated days.
Students or their family members may not bring food items with the purpose of distributing it to others besides his or her own child during lunch. This is in accordance with Lunch Program Guidelines and Policies set by the Federal Government.
